About
Hi, I’m Ànìké. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 22, so I understand first-hand how challenging it can be to navigate workplaces that are not designed with us in mind. I know the exhaustion and isolation that come from working in environments that fail to recognise our needs, yet still expect us to perform at 110%. In trying to meet these unrealistic expectations, we often end up neglecting ourselves.
Alongside my personal experiences, I bring over seven years of project management expertise, having led complex IT system implementations across various industries. I hold certifications in PRINCE2®, APM Project Management, APMG Change Management, and APMG AgileBA®. Additionally, I am currently enrolled in the CMI Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, which will further strengthen the coaching support I provide.
This blend of lived experience and professional expertise allows me to offer empathetic, practical support to Black and neurodivergent women. Whether you are facing bullying, burnout, imposter syndrome, unfair treatment at work, or employment instability, Suppeer provides a compassionate space for healing, reflection, and building the self-confidence and self-advocacy skills you need.
Why Suppeer Was Created
I founded Suppeer because I recognised the urgent need for real-time support for Black and neurodivergent women facing workplace challenges, including employment instability. This was a natural progression for me, having witnessed, both through my own experiences and discussions with others, how widespread these struggles are.
It became evident that challenges like bullying, burnout, imposter syndrome, unfair disciplinary actions, and unstable job conditions affect so many of us. Without the appropriate support, these challenges can feel isolating and overwhelming.
At Suppeer, we provide guidance and resources to assist with a variety of difficult situations—whether you need support finding the right words for a difficult conversation, setting boundaries, addressing microaggressions, managing burnout, or coping with the stress of ongoing job searches.
With personal experience at the core of what we do, and a genuine commitment to helping others, Suppeer fosters a compassionate space where your experiences are not only heard, but truly understood and validated.
