At Suppeer, our mission is to support Black and neurodivergent women in confidently addressing workplace challenges by providing empathetic, peer-to-peer support from someone who truly understands. Whether you're dealing with burnout, imposter syndrome, bullying, unfair treatment, or employment instability, we offer a safe space to pause, reflect, and rebuild your confidence—helping you move forward with purpose.

What Suppeer offers
Personalised peer support: One-to-one coaching to help you navigate workplace challenges with tailored strategies.
Timely assistance: We are available Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm, offering prompt guidance when you need it most.
